Think Happy Thoughts. Happy though keep us happy and make us think positive. Happy though make us forget our problems

Hug each other. Hugging each other and sleep under duvei with less clothes as possible will make feel faster warm up

Focus on your breath. Breath correctly and deep breath helps your body to calm down

Include giger in our diet! Bake a gigerbread for example

While you are taking shower switch from hot to cold

Drink something hot. When you drink hot tea, it doesn’t warm you up but make you feel warmer

Wearing many thin layers.

Wear warm clothes. Scarf, gloves, hat, warm socks or double layers socks are neccesary.
