I am looking the maps and admire how much history is hidden in my lovely country Cyprus. I could not miss to recommend a day Trip to Choirokoitia. Choirokoitia is the best-preserved prehistoric settlement of Cyprus, dating back to the later phase of the Neolithic Neolithic period. In 1998, UNESCO was declared a World Heritage Site.
